About Credit Unions

Credit unions care about their communities. Since 1996, credit unions have donated more than $160 million to help sick and injured kids at their local Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.

Credit unions are not-for-profit. They return earnings to their customers in the form of higher savings returns, lower loan rates, and lower and fewer fees.

Credit unions are convenient. Did you know that there are more surcharge-free ATMs than any bank, anywhere? Since credit unions cooperate, there are 30,000 CO-OP ATMs available, giving many credit union customers more direct, surcharge-free access to their money than most traditional bank customers.

Credit unions have cutting-edge technology. Often smaller and more nimble than large banks, credit unions are often able to adopt new technologies faster and more effectively than big banks.

Credit unions are for you. Get the most consumer-friendly products and services in the market. Visit www.aSmarterChoice.org to find a credit union in your neighborhood.
